摘要
目的探讨促进浦东新区一二级医院临床护士心肺复苏(CPR)技能保持的方法。方法识别临床护士CPR技能保持中存在的问题,分析阻碍技能保持的原因,制订并实施多元化CPR培训及定期督查考核方案,将讲练互动、图片及碟片法的规范动作,转换成护士的CPR技能操作行为。结果培训后15个月临床护士的CPR技能保持率良好。结论多元化心肺复苏培训方法及定期督查考核方案是临床护士CPR技能保持的有效举措。
Objective To identify the training methods for the retention of cardiopuhnonary resuscitation（CPR） skills among clinical nurses in primaly-level hospitals. Methods The problems and reasons in the retention of CPR skills among nurses were analyzed. Then, multiple training methods and supelwised-reinforcement mode were applied in CPR skills training. Results The nurses＇ retention of CPR skills within 15 months after training was good. Conclusion Multiple training methods and supervised-reinforcement mode is effective for the retention of CPR skills among nurses.
