摘要
目的 :观察中药复方制剂活血通脉片对实验性心肌缺血犬的血液流变性和对SD大鼠实验性高脂血症的影响。方法 :结扎冠状动脉 ,造成犬急性心肌缺血 (“血瘀证”)动物模型 ,经十二指肠灌入受试药物 ,从犬心大静脉留取血样 ,动态观察实验性心肌缺血犬的血液流变性指标 ;连续喂高脂饲料 2周 ,复制SD大鼠高脂血症模型 ,灌胃给予受试药物 ,于第 15d测定实验性SD大鼠血脂指标。结果 :活血通脉片能降低实验性心肌缺血犬的全血高切、低切粘度和血浆粘度 ,加快红细胞电泳时间 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;能降低实验性大鼠血清TC及LDL C水平 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :活血通脉片能改善急性心肌缺血犬的血液流变性和实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂。
Objective:To observe the effects of Huoxue Tongmai tablet(HXTMT),the traditional Chinese drugs,on hemorrheology of experimental canine and hyperlipemia of experimental SD rats.Method:The coronary artery ligation was employed to establish a myocardial ischemia model with canine(blood stasis).Coronary sinus cannula was inserted through the exteral jugular vein and HXTMT was duodenally perfused;hemorrheological indexes were observed.Rats fed with a lipid-rich diet for 2 weeks and the mimic model of hyperlipemia was established;experimental tablets were given to the rats by gastrogavage,and blood lipid was assayed on the 15th day.Result:In comparison with control group,HXTMT sigmificantly reduced whole blood high and low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and erthrocyte electrophoretic time(EET) in myocardial ischemia canine(P<0.05,P<0.01);on the other hand,HXTMT reduced the serum of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)in rats.Conclusion:HXTMT can be used to improve the hemorrheology of canines with acute myocardial ischemia and hyperlipemia of rats.
