摘要
原井工开采煤矿经过技术改造整合为露天煤矿,然而因井工开采遗留的采空区对露天开采生产作业构成重大安全隐患。为保证井工转露天开采煤矿生产作业安全,应采取各种处理及防治措施对井工采空区综合治理。文中以神山露天煤矿为例,分析了井工采空区失稳垮落的力学模型,介绍了确定采空区顶板最小厚度的鲁佩涅依特法,总结了采空区对露天煤矿生产影响的几种表现形式:煤层自燃、顶板垮塌影响设备作业安全、影响爆破安全作业及露天煤矿边坡稳定等。最后分析了神山露天煤矿在实际生产中采取的过采空区处理及防治措施。
By taking technical transformation, the original underground mining coal mine was turned into surface mining, therefore, the remained underground mining goaf constituted a major security hidden danger to surface mining. In order to ensure the operation safety of surface mining transformed from underground mining, various kinds of management and control measures should be adopted to deal with the underground goaf. Taking Shenshan open-pit coal mine as a case study, the mechanical model of goaf roof collapse was analyzed, the K.B.Lu peinie method for determining the minimum thickness of goaf roof was introduced and the several manifestation pattern of underground goaf effected to surface mining was summarized as spontaneous combustion of coal seam, the affect of roof collapse to equipment operation safety, influencing blasting safety and surface coal slope stability. The last, the goaf management and control measures taken in operation of Shenshan open-pit coal mine was analyzed, which will has a reference and guiding significance to surface coal mine transformed from underground mining.
