摘要
提出了一种可实现植物幼苗的生长发育模拟的结构—功能模型。首先,根据幼龄植株的结构特点简化定义结构模型,根据光合作用模型和生物量分配模型构建虚拟植物功能模型;然后,以功能模型中计算的生物量作为中间变量与结构模型耦合,而结构模型再把植物器官结构形态变化数据反馈给功能模型,至此形成互反馈的结构—功能模型。利用该虚拟植物结构—功能模型,以VC++和OpenGL开发了VirtualPlant软件用以研究虚拟植物的生长规律,并以龙眼幼苗为实验对象,实现其生长发育模拟。
A structure-function model was put forward which can simulate plant seedlings growth and development. Firstly, based on the structural characteristics of young plants, structure model was defined, and based on photosynthesis model and biomass allocation model, function model of virtual plant was built. Secondly, biomass calculated by function model was coupled as an intermediate variable into structure model, and then structure model fed back plant organ morphology change data to function model, thus forming a mutual feedback structure-function model. With VC ++ and OpenGL, VirtualPlant software was developed to study the virtual plant growth rule, and longan seedling was used as experimental object, to achieve growth and development simulation.
