摘要
无患子(Sapindus mukorossi)为无患子科无患子属落叶乔木,果皮中含有大量的皂甙,是具有较大开发前景的表面活性物质。实验使用不同方法提取无患子皂甙,对比不同溶剂的提取效果,从安全生产、环保、成本控制等考虑,可选择纯净水作为提取溶剂(提取率50.96%),浸泡时间为3天。
Sapindus mukorossi is the deciduous tree of Sapindaceae belonging to the Sapindus. Its peri- carp contains high content of saponin, which is the surfactant with great development prospect. This ex- periment used different methods to extract saponin from Sapindus mukorossi, and compared the extraction effects of different solvents. Considering safety production, environmental protection and cost control, the purified water could be chosen for extraction solvent with extraction rate 50. 96% and soaking for 3 days.
