摘要
目的探讨大黄联合芒硝腹部外敷对严重腹腔感染导致的腹腔高压的作用。方法 32例严重腹腔感染导致的腹腔高压患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各16例。对照组采取液体复苏、抗感染等治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予大黄联合芒硝腹部外敷。观察腹腔压、炎性反应指标、肠功能恢复时间、机械通气时间、住ICU时间变化情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者腹腔压、炎性反应指标明显下降,肠功能恢复时间、机械通气时间及ICU时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄联合芒硝腹部外敷明显降低严重腹腔感染导致的腹腔高压患者腹腔压,控制炎性反应,促进胃肠功能,缩短机械通气及住院时间。
Objective To investigate the influence of the external application of rhubarb and mirabihte in abdominal hypertension causing by serious abdominal infection. Methods 32 cases of serious abdominal infection patients with abdomi- nal hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 16 cases. The control group received the conventional treatment;The treatment group received the convention treatment combined with the external application of rhu- barb and mirabilite. The intra-abdominal pressure, inflammation factors, the time of recovering of intestinal function and the time of mechanical ventilation and in hospital were measured to compare the efficacy between the control and treatment groups. Results The intra-abdominal pressure and inflammation factors of the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group, the total time of recovering of intestinal function, mechanical ventilation and in hospital was shor- ter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion These results indicate that the conventional treatment plus the external application of rhubarb and mirabilite could remarkably decrease abdominal hy- pertension causing by serious abdominal infection, control the inflammatory response, assist the restoration of the function in the digestive tract and reduce the time in hospital and mechanical ventilation.
