摘要
为提高"三集五大"通信支撑保障能力,满足电网智能化发展对通信保障的新要求,实现通信网光缆资料信息化管理需求日益迫切。文章分析研究了济南供电公司利用国网统一推广的PMS生产管理系统,建设了覆盖所辖全部在运光缆的PMS资料管理系统,加强数据资源整合共享,避免重复开发,进一步提高了通信网管理和运行水平,为解决电力企业通信光缆资料管理提出了创新方法。
To improve the communication support capability for structural reform of state grid company, and meet the new requirements of communication support for grid intelligent development, the requirements realizing data information management of communication optical cable is increasingly urgent. In this paper, we construct the PMS data management system covering all cables in operation, which can strengthen data integration and resource sharing and avoid duplication of development. Simultaneously we propose innovative approaches to solve data management of communication optical cable of power enterprise, and further improve the management and operational level of communication network.
