摘要
研究双法布里 珀罗干涉仪 (DFPI)的非线性控制 ,在所提出的补偿环境及其它影响因素的并行硬件仿真系统 (PSHS)基础上 ,进一步用描述函数方法讨论系统中主要环节 ,压电类器件和法布里 珀罗 (FP)干涉腔的非线性问题 ,包括对象的非线性动态特性建模和控制系统的稳定性分析、控制器参数确定等 ,并且用现有装置验证了理论分析的结果。
Nonlinear Control of Double Fabry Perot Interferometer (DFPI) has been investigated. A parallel subsystem of hardware simulation (PSHS) for compensating the influences of atmosphere and other shifts was suggested by the author in 1982, but the nonlinear control theoretical analysis and how to improve the performance of DFPI are further discussed in this paper. These nonlinear characteristics of main parts as piezoelectric devices and FPI of the system has been analyzed in theory. It contains modeling of object nonlinear dynamics, system stability or determination of control parameters based on describe function (DF), and the theoretical results are proved by the present experiment set up.
