摘要
针对消费制约这个当前制约我国经济增长的主要矛盾 .提出了消除体制障碍 ;稳定消费预期 ;增强消费能力 ;优化结构 ,增加供给有效性 ;引导潜在消费转变为现实消费等若干措施 ,以期有效地消除消费制约 ,扩大内需 ,促进经济的发展 .
Consumption restrictin is cur rently one of the major barriers to the national economic development today,ther efore,effective and feasible measures are to be taken in order to eliminate co nsumption restriction and promote economy advance.The economy countermeasures sh ould be taken are as follows:to eliminate system barriers;to stabilize consumption expectancy;to enhance consumption capacity;to optimize the structure;to increase the effectiveness of supplies;to lead the po tential consumption to real consumption.
