摘要
针对科技期刊论文外流的现象,提出吸引稿源重在加强自身建设,并以《分析测试学报》为例,对整个投稿流程进行讨论,详细分析了各流程在吸引作者投稿方面的一些具体可行的措施.
Given that more and more science journals are published in foreign journals, the methods to improve Chinese science journals quality are discussed. The possible way to attract more papers are proposed in the process of different stages before science journals go published.
