摘要
采用热重-红外光谱联用技术分析了废旧冰箱保温材料在加热速率20℃/min条件下、40-850℃范围内的热失重行为、气体产物组成和释放规律。结果表明:物料热解气体释放强度变化与热失重变化趋势基本一致;热解产物含有C02、氟氯烃、CFC.11、H20、醇类、烃类、CO、羰基化合物、胺类化合物及芳香族化合物等物质。其中CO2在260—480℃的主热解阶段大量释放;发泡剂CFC.11集中在135—270℃析出:CH4主要在350—700℃的温度区间析出;CO在520℃附近形成最大吸收峰。热解气体中还检测到少量NH3和HCN,是原料组成聚氨酯结构中的氮元素热解所致。
Thermogravimetric properties, gaseous products composition and evolution behavior of thermal insulation materials from waste refrigerators in the temperature range 40--850℃ were investigated by TG-FTIR technique at a heating rate of 20 ~C/min. Experimental results showed that the temperature dependence of gas intensity coincided with the temperature dependence of weight loss. The gaseous products contained CO2, CFC-11, H20, CO, alcohols, hydrocarbon compounds, CO, carbonyl compounds, amine compounds and aromatic compounds etc. CO2 emitted at 260 480℃ during the main pyrolysis stage. The foaming agent CFC- 11 was mainly released out in the lower temperature range 135--270 ℃. CH4 mainly evolved out at 350----700℃. The CO evolution curve took a peak at about 520℃. A little amount of NH3 and HCN had also been detected due to the fuel-N pyrolysis from the polyurethane.
