摘要
结合热分析数据和光谱分析数据,在铁液浇注前对预测抗拉强度、布氏硬度的方法进行了摸索:只根据热分析数据,预测铸铁抗拉强度和布氏硬度的准确度相关系数R只能分别达到0.882和0.769;只根据光谱分析数据,预测铸铁抗拉强度和布氏硬度的相关系数R只能分别达到0.84和0.76;采用热分析数据与光谱分析数据相结合,预测铸铁抗拉强度、布氏硬度的相关系数R可达0.99以上。同时,预估了热分析数据与光谱分析数据相结合方法的优点:(1)降低材质废品率;(2)优化配方和熔炼工艺;(3)节约能耗,降低生产成本。
When forecasting the tensile strength and hardness of the cast irons basing on only the thermal analysis data,the accuracy correlational coefficient R only reached 0.882 and 0.769 respectively;when forecasting the tensile strength and hardness of the cast irons basing on only the spectrum analysis data,the accuracy correlational coefficient R only reached 0.84 and 0.76 respectively.The method of forecasting tensile strength and hardness of the cast irons before their pouring by combining the thermal analysis data and spectrum analysis data was introduced.The accuracy correlational coefficient R of this method could reach 0.99 and higher.The advantages of this method was forecast.
