摘要 采用有限元分析计算方法,对某厂制造的10000 m3球罐在热处理过程中的刚度、强度进行了校核,并针对热处理过程中可能遇到的特殊情况进行了具体分析。结果表明,当球罐存在制造、安装误差,造成球罐受热膨胀柱脚摩擦力增大时,可能会在球壳板与支柱连接的局部区域产生过大的应力。针对此情况,通过计算提出了球罐在热处理过程中柱脚位移的检查与移动方案,以及支柱与U形托板连接局部区域合理的保温措施,确保10000 m3球罐在热处理过程中的安全可靠性。 The body strength and ment method and further analysis rigidity of a 10000 m3 spherical tank were checked by using finite ele was carried out when there were manufacturing and setting errors or oth er factors which can cause excessive radial friction force on the bottom of some props of spherical tank in process of whole body heat treatment. The result showed that the spherical tank may be unreliable under the condition of existing excessive radial friction force on the bottom of some props. According to this case, a scheme of examination of prop displacement and prop moving was maked and a reasonable heat in sulation measure of the local region around the connection part of prop and U shape plate was proposed to guarantee safety and reliability of the 10000 m3 spherical tank in heat treatment.
