小型断路器智能控制模块的研究

摘要 以单片机为核心处理器,设计了性能优良、保护功能完善的小型断路器(MCB)智能化控制模块。介绍智能控制模块的原理和硬件电路的设计,提出了双通道采样原理的改进技术,提高了控制模块的采样精度及工作稳定性。描述了主程序模块、上电初始化、数据采集处理模块的流程图,给出了软件抗干扰的一些措施。 An intelligent control module of miniature circuit breaker (MCB), which takes a single chip processor as the core processor was designed. The intelligent control module has good performance and perfect protection functions. The principle of the intelligent control module and the hardware circuit designs were introduced. Dual channel sampling principle of improved technology was proposed, improving the the stability and reliability. Finally, the processing charts of main program module, electricity initialization and data collection and processing module were described. Software anti-interference measures were given.
