摘要
目的：建立定量测定硝酸异山梨酯片中硝酸盐含量（以硝酸根计）的方法。方法：采用离子色谱法。分离柱为Ionpa—cASll-HC．淋洗液为氢氧化钾溶液（20mmol／L），使用电导检测器联合阴离子抑制器进行检测。结果：硝酸根检测质量浓度线性范围为10～110μg／ml（r=0．9998），平均回收率为99．3％（RSD=0．9％，n=3），检测限和定量限分别为0．0021、0．007Mg／ml。结论：本方法操作简便、快速，结果准确，适用于硝酸异山梨酯片中硝酸盐的定量分析。
OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of nitrate （nitrate radical） in Isosorbide dini- trate tablets. METHODS： Ion chromatography was adopted. The chromatographic column was IonpacAS11-HC with potassium hy- droxide solution （20 mmol/L） as leacheate. The conductivity detector was combined with negative ion inhibitor. RESULTS： The lin- ear range of nitrite radical were 10-110 μg/ml （r=0.999 8） with an average recovery of 99.3% （RSD=0.9%, n=3）. The limits of detection and quantitation were 0.002 1 μg/ml and 0.007 μg/ml. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the quantitative analysis of nitrate radical in Isosorbide dinitrate tablets.
