摘要
桉树组织培养在理论和实践中都具有非常重要的意义。迄今为止 ,全世界约有 60种桉树进行过组织培养技术研究 ,包括胚培养、芽培养及嫩茎培养、花药培养、悬浮培养、原生质体培养、体细胞胚培养等技术 ,绝大部分成功获得完整植株。
The tissue culture of Eucalyptus is of great importance both in research and practice.Up to now,there are about 60 species of Eucalyptus studied with tissue cultural methods,which include seed culture,shoot culture,floral bud culture,lignotuber culture, callus culture,root culture,anther culture,suspension culture,protoplast culture and somatic embryogenesis.Plantlets were obtained in most of the above 60 species.
