摘要
学生能力的培养和素质的提高需要在一个循序渐进、系统知识体系的传授中逐渐培养出来。注重学生理论知识的获得,把实验课程教学贯穿在整个教学活动中,强化实验内容的知识结构设计,理论教学链和实践教学链有机结合的教学模式,使学生个人的潜在能力得到充分发挥,学习的主动性和创造性得到有效发展。同时提高了专业课程教学效果和质量,提高了工科毕业生的就业率,对高素质人才培养和创新能力提升奠定了基础。
In order to improve comprehensive ability and quality of students, a stepwise, systematic teaching system is indispensable. The paper presents an innovative teaching mode, which emphasize imparting theoretical knowledge, take experiment throughout entire teaching activity, optimize the designing structure of experiment content and combine the independent theory and practice teaching to an integrated teaching chain. For individual, the mode assists students exert personal potential ability to perform their best by inspiring learning initiative and creativity. Meanwhile improvement of professional course teaching and increase of in engineering student employment rate lay solid foundation for cultivating high quality talents with innovative thinking.
