改良剂对土壤修复及油菜吸收复合污染的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于盆栽试验,研究了不同改良剂对油菜植株吸收重金属、∑PAHs量及其在土壤中转化的影响。结果表明,腐殖酸和硫磺粉的添加能够显著增加∑PAHs的生物有效性,提高∑PAHs的降解率,而硅藻土、钠质彭润土、活性碳、石灰粉的添加对油菜中∑PAHs量和土壤中∑PAHs的降解率无明显影响;活性炭、硅藻土、钠质膨润土、腐殖酸均能显著降低植株中含重金属量,抑制重金属向有效态的转化,降低生物有效性;而石灰粉的添加能够增加土壤有效砷量,提高生物有效性,抑制Hg、Cd、Cr、Pb向有效态的转移;硫磺粉的添加能显著增加植株中含Hg、Cd、Cr、Pb量,抑制As向有效态的转移。 The effects of different soil amendment additives on heavy metal contents in rape and their trans- fer in soil were studied based on pot experiments. The results showed that the addition of humic acid and sulfur could increase the bioavailability of ~PAHs as well as the degradation of ∑PAHs, while the addi- tion of diatomite, sodium bentonite, activated carbon and lime powder had no obvious effects on ∑PAHs contents in rape and in soil. The addition of activated carbon, diatomite, sodium bentonite and humic acid could decrease the heavy metal contents in rape as well as the bioavailability. The addition of lime powder could increase the contents of effective As in soil and inhibit the transfers of Hg, Cd, Cr, Pb to the effec- tive states. The addition of sulfur could increase the contents of Hg, Cd, Cr, Pb in rape and inhibit the transfer of As to the effective state.
