几种脂肪酶在亨氏马尾藻多不饱和脂肪酸提取中的初步应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了脂肪酶的种类、用量、水解温度、溶剂等因素对南沙马尾藻总脂质水解率的影响 ,实验表明 :以体积分数 0 85的乙醇水溶液为水解溶剂 ,PocinePancreas用量为质量分数 0 0 12 7、水解温度 30℃、时间 15h时 ,总脂质的水解率可达 71.4 1% Effects of kinds and dosage of lipase added to the extraction of PUFAs, and solvent, hydrolyzing temperature and time on the hydrolyzed rate of total lipids of Sargassum henslowianum come from South coral archipelago of South China Sea were studied. Experimental results showed that total fat hydrolyzing rate was up to 71.41% and 99.23% saturated fat acid could be hydrolyzed in fat from the seaweeds under conditions that the dosage of Pocine Pancreas was 1.27%, the solvent of hydrolysis was 85% ethanol, the hydrolysis temperature was 30℃ and hydrolysis time was 15 hours.
