摘要
提出了一种新的弹带制备工艺——弹带喷涂方法,采用CDMAS3000电弧喷涂系统在直径为75 mm的模拟弹体上制备了铝青铜弹带;试验表明:弹带外观良好,弹带与模拟弹体的结合强度可达50 MPa,弹带内无夹渣、气孔、裂缝等明显缺陷,达到了弹带设计要求。
A new technology for spraying rotating band is presented in this paper. Aluminum bronze was deposited on D-75 simulated shell body to form rotating band by using the CDMAS3000 arc spraying sys-tem. The experimental results show that the surface quality of the rotating band is nice. The bond strength between rotating band and simulated shell body exceeds 50 MPa. Defects have not been found inside the arc sprayed aluminum bronze rotating bands. It is verified that rotating bands manufactured by using arc spraying technology can satisfy the requirements of rotating band design.
