摘要
针对目前玻璃工业存在的生产成本高、污染严重、能耗高、产业结构不合理等问题,分析采用高低温两段式蓄热室对传统玻璃熔窑进行节能改造,使烟气温度降到200℃以下,预热空气温度达到1 300℃以上,在同等条件下可节能10%以上,具有热效率高、加热均匀、保护环境、减少投资等优点,具有较好的推广和应用前景。
Though glass industry is highly energy-consuming and heavily air-pollutant, it has tremendous potential of energy saving and emission reduction. In view of the current problems of glass industry, the high and low temperature air combustion technology was proposed and used for energy-saving reconstruction of traditional glass furnaces. It is shown that the flue gas temperature can drop to below 200℃ and combustion air can be preheated to above 1300℃ . It has the advantage of high thermal efficiency, heating uniformity, environmental protection, reducing investment and so on. It has a good prospect of promotion and application.
