洪湖湿地鸟类聚集区沉积物中OCPs残留特征及风险评价 被引量:1

Distribution and Risk Assessment of Organochlorine Pesticides in Surface Sediment from Birds Gathering Area in Honghu Lake

摘要 采集洪湖湿地自然保护区鸟类聚集区和参照区表层沉积物样品共17个,并用GC-ECD测定其有机氯农药含量,探讨了聚集区和参照区沉积物中OCPs的含量、分布及组成特征。结果表明,研究区表层沉积物有机氯农药污染物主要为HCHs和DDTs,由于鸟类对OCPs的生物传输使得聚集区沉积物中β-HCH和p,p'-DDE的含量明显大于参照区。聚集区沉积物中OCPs含量呈由边缘向湖心先增大再减小的趋势。聚集区沉积物中DDE占DDTs的50%以上,DDTs、HCHs的组成特征表明OCPs主要来源于以前使用的农药的残留,林丹代替工业六六六在使用。风险评价表明,聚集区沉积物中有机氯农药的生态风险较高,主要为DDT污染。 17 surface sediments were collected from birds gathering area and reference area in Honghu Lake. The concentrations of OCPs in the samples were determined by GC-ECD with the internal standard method, and their distribution, composition and source were discussed. The results showed that HCHs and DDTs were the main OCPs in the Lake. The concentrations of β-HCH and p,p'-DDE significantly increased in the gathering area because of the biovertor transport by birds. In the gathering area, OCPs content increases firstly and then decreases from the edge to the middle of the Lake. DDE accounts for more than 50% of DDTs in sediments of gathering area. The component characteristics of HCHs and DDTs indicated that OCPs in sediments were derived from residues of pesticides used before, and technical HCH was replaced by lindane. The risk assessment for some OCPs by effects range-low and effects range-median showed that the risk was high in gathering area and DDT was the main pollutant.
