摘要
荷斯特豪斯认为,在道德两难中,行为指导意义上的正当行为和行为评价意义上的正当行为是不一致的。她通过对可解决的道德两难、不可解决的道德两难以及悲剧性道德两难中行为指导与行为评价的分析,比较合理地指出了两者的不同。但规范伦理没有体现出这一差异,因而与德性伦理相较,存在着明显的不足。
According to Hursthouse, in moral dilemmas, the right action in terms of action guidance, is not in consistent with the right action in terms of action assessment. Hursthouse quitly reasonably elaborated its difference by analyzing the action guidance and action assessment in resolvable moral dilemmas, irresolvable moral dilemmas and tragic moral dilemmas. However, norm - oriented ethics does not exhibit this inconsisten- cy, therefore, its weak points are obviously compared with virtue ethics.
