摘要
采用纳滤技术研究了镀铬漂洗废水的处理和回用工艺。结果表明,NF-1812膜对镀铬漂洗废水有良好的去除效果,控制操作压力0.35 MPa,进水pH值>8.5,运行时间大于1 h时,可达到良好的处理效果。出水电导率可达32μS/cm,Cr6+质量浓度低于0.1 mg/L,满足GB 21900—2008《电镀污染物排放标准》特别排放限值要求。出水可回用于电镀漂洗过程。浓缩液的最大浓缩倍数可达12倍。
The experiments on rinsing wastewater of chromium electroplating were conducted. The performance of nanofiltration process with the variation of the operation pressure, pH and concentration multiple was investigated. By adjusting the pH above 8.5 and control operation pressure to 0.35 MPa, the nano-filtration could achieve the ideal separation rate. The effluent could meet the special item of "emission standard of pollutants for electroplating". In order to reuse the condense of wastewater, Cr(Ⅵ) can be enriched to 12 times while the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) in permeation liquid were still lower than 0.2 mg/L.
