摘要
文章介绍了一种转塔式六角钻床的优缺点,简述了该机床的整体结构及工作原理,分析了其换刀过程和换刀触发方式,进而指出该换刀触发方式的可改进性。并根据具体的结构和要求,设计了新的换刀触发方式。在几乎不增加机床制造成本的前提下,有效缩短了机床换刀时间,显著提高了机床的加工效率,增加了机床的实用性。
This article describes the advantages and disadvantages of a turret-type hexagonal drilling machine,gives a brief account of the overall structure and working principle of the machine,and analyzes the tool changing process and tool changing trigger mode.Then points out that the tool changing trigger mode can be improved.Then depending on the specific structure and requirements,designs a new tool changing trigger mode.On the premise of almost no increase in the cost of the machine manufacturing,effectively shortens the machine' s tool changing time,significantly improves the processing efficiency of the machine,increases the practicality of the machine.
