摘要
军队心理服务专业人才应具备专业理论知识、专业实践技能、科研创新能力以及良好的人格特征。目前,兼具心理学和医学专业知识的复合型人才欠缺,部队引进的心理学专业人才作用发挥有限,基层部队心理医生的专业能力素质有待提升,是军队心理服务专业人才建设中存在的主要问题。加强专业理论学习,抓好业务技能培训,促进实践能力提升,注重良好人格养成,是提升军队心理服务专业人才能力素质的重要路径。
The professionals who are engaged in military psychological service should have professional knowledge, practical skills, ability to innovate in scientific research and good personality. At present, The lack of talents with psychological and medical knowledge and the limited function performed by the recruited psychological professionals are the main problems existing in the construction of a professional contingent in military psychological service. The important approaches to enhancing the abilities of the professionals are to study professional theories, train professional skills, promote practical abilities, and form a good personality.
