摘要
"有机化学实验"是高等学校化学及相关专业的重要基础课程。精心设计所开设实验项目的教案对实验教学非常重要。结合有机化学实验教学的实际经验,以1-溴丁烷的制备反应为例,从反应机理讲解、实验设计以及思考题三个方面对教案设计进行探讨。
Experimental organic chemisty is one of the main courses for majors of chemistry and related to chemistry at colleges or universities. The eleboration of teaching plan for experiments is very important. Based on our own teaching experiences on experimental organic chemistry and taking the preparation of 1-bromobutane for example, the authors discuss how to design the teaching plan on the following aspects： teaching mechanism, designing reaction, and answering questions
