摘要
近年来,随着西部大开发政策的实施及新疆政府涉外招商力度的加大,新疆企业与国外企业间的贸易往来愈加频繁。然而,由于起步较晚、人才输入匮乏,新疆外语翻译行业,尤其是外向型企业翻译领域还存在着诸多问题。本文以问卷和访谈的方法研究了新疆外向型企业翻译人才的现状和问题,并提出了相应的对策。
In the recent years, with implementation of the western development policy and the increase of Xinjiang government＇s foreign investment, the international trade between Xinjiang enterprises and foreign enterprises is increasingly frequent, However, due to a late start and shortago of translation talents, there exist many problems in Xinjiang foreign language translation, especially translation in the export-oriented enterprises. This paper intends to investigate the present situation of the translation talents in the export-oriented enterprises in Xinjiang by means of questionnaire and interview as well as offer corresponding solutions.
