摘要
采用砂基培养法,研究了不同浓度〔0(CK)、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%〕NaCl胁迫对紫穗槐种苗形态指标的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,紫穗槐幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上生长量和含水量均呈逐渐降低趋势;浓度超过一定数值后,植株叶片存在不同程度的干枯、发黄现象,生长势出现衰退。通过幼苗外观形态观察和植株含水量测定结果综合分析,推断紫穗槐种苗的耐盐阈值为1.0%,存活阈值为1.5%。该研究为紫穗槐在盐碱地上的开发利用提供了理论依据。
The effects of different NaCl solutions (0, 0.5%, 1.0 %, 1.5% and 2.0%) on the morphological indexes of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings under sand-cultured were studied.The results showed that the height, stem diameter, growth and water content of above-ground of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings were decreased gradually with the increase of NaCl concentration.The leaves of Amorpha fruticosa appeared different degree dry and yellow , and the growth potential had recession phenomenon , when the concentration exceeded a certain value.Through comprehensive analysis of morphological indexes and water content of seedlings, it was concluded that the salt tolerant hreshold of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings was 1.0%, and the survival threshold was1.5% .The research provided the scientific basis for exploitation and utilization of Amorpha fruticosa in saline-alkali land.
