摘要
目的 :采用薄层扫描法对菊蓝抗流感颗粒中的阿司匹林进行含量测定。方法 :以展开溶剂系统正丁醇 -冰醋酸 -水 (8:1:1)在硅胶 G板上对阿司匹林进行薄层层析 ,经 5 %三氯化铁乙醇液 10 5℃加热 5 min显色 ,波长 5 80 nm进行扫描测定 ,随行标准品对照、计算 ,即得。结果 :阿司匹林在 10~ 5 0 μg范围内其量与峰面积呈良好线性关系 ,精密度、稳定性、加样回收率均符合要求 ,该法准确可靠 。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of aspirin in Julankangliugan granules by TLC scanning.METHODS:Using n butyl alcohol acetic acid water(8:1:1)as developing system, aspirin was carried out seperating by the thin layer in Silica Gel G Plate,and color produced through heating ethanol solution of ferric chloride at 105 ℃ for 5 min.Scanning detection wavelength at 580nm.RESULT:A good linear correlation existed in the range of 10~15 μg of aspirin.CONCLUSION:The stakility,accurancy and mean recovery all conformed to the demand of determination.
