摘要
"社会(准)捐赠"概念,伴随着我国高职院校新一轮人才培养工作评估方案诞生,一定程度上对引导高职院校实施与相关利益各方的合作办学、评判高职院校受社会各界欢迎和认可程度发挥了积极的作用。但细致分析后发现,其概念缺少严密性和科学性,实际统计中会出现较大的偏差,不利于准确把握社会对高职院校捐赠的真实情形,也导致高职院校资产管理上的许多矛盾,需要重新加以完善。
The concept of ＂social （quasi-）donation＂, born with a new round of the evaluation programs of talent-cultivation in Chinese higher vocational colleges,has played a positive role in guiding the cooperative education between related stakeholders and higher vocational colleges to a certain extent and in assessing the degree of higher vocational colleges being socially welcomed and recognized. However, close analysis shows that there is large deviation in actual statistics, and its concept lacks scientific strictness ,which is not conducive to accurately grasping the real situation of social donation to higher vocational colleges ,leading to many contradictions in managing assets of higher vocational colleges, therefore it needs to be redesigned and improved.
