摘要
基层民主监督是基层民主政治生活的重要组成部分,目前尚存在体制缺陷、干部队伍素质参差不齐和群众政治参与意识淡薄等问题,应着重加强体制建设和干部队伍建设,走群众监督路线。
The grassroots democratic supervision is an important part of the grassroots democratic politics. However there are still problems such as defects in the system, uneven quality of the cadres and the weak awareness of the mass＇ participation in political issues. Therefore we should strengthen the construction of grassroots democratic supervision system and the building of the cadre teams, and follow the line of supervision by the masses.
