水平旋喷桩在梁山隧道深埋富水软弱构造带中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 厦(门)深(圳)铁路梁山隧道DK96+495^+535段穿越L7深埋富水陡倾软弱构造带,施工中多次发生突水突泥,并引发270m埋深地表发生塌陷,处理极其困难,为国内外罕见。经技术与经济论证后,确定采用水平旋喷技术进行超前预加固,因长度达40m的水平旋喷桩技术目前无任何经验,在此背景下实施了水平旋喷试验。通过试验确定了施工技术参数、工艺流程;并明确了水平旋喷桩的加固效果,并在梁山隧道深埋富水软弱构造带中成功实施,其研究成果可为类似地质条件中隧道的设计与施工提供借鉴。 The DK96+495-+535 section of Liangshan tunnel of Xiamen-Shenzhen railway passes L7 deeply buried weak structural belt with rich water, causing water inrush and mud burst frequently take place in construction and 270m deeply buried surface collapse, which brings great difficulties and is rarely seen at home and abroad. After technological and economical discussion, horizontal rotary jet grouting technology is applied in advanced strengthening and horizontal rotary jet grouting experiment is done for lack of any experience in 40-meters long horizontal rotary jet grouting pile. The construction technological parameters, technological process and reinforcement result are obtained in the experiment. It can offer some references for similar design and construction.
