摘要
结合天津港某新建集装箱堆场的实例,提出了以银行贷款为设备筹措主要渠道、以经营性租赁为辅助渠道的作业设备筹措方案。通过对历史数据的回归分析,预测了新建堆场前期通过量。基于成本费用分析,确定了设备购置和租赁的比例。文中对港口新建堆场作业设备多元化筹措方案的研究,对设备精细化管理具有重要的参考价值。
Combined with a newly-built container yard of Tianjin Port example,the equipment financing program which bank loans is main channel and operating lease is auxiliary channel is proposed.Through regression analysis to historical data,the early throughput of the new yard is predicted.Based on cost analysis,the equipment rent-buy proportion is identified.The analysis of diversified equipment financing program of port new yard is of important reference value for the equipment refinement management.
