摘要
目的分析肱骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的治疗效果。方法将2011年1月至2012年1月住我科的共46例老年肱骨近端骨折的患者,采用锁定钢板术及抗骨质疏松药物联合治疗。结果术后随访6～12个月,骨折愈合时间为术后2～5个月,仅1例发生肱骨头缺血性坏死,根据Neer评分标准,本组平均分为84.8分,其中优31例,占67.39%;良11例,占23.91%;中3例,占6.52%;差1例,占2.17%,即优良率为93.48%。结论肱骨近端锁定接骨板内治疗骨质疏松的老年肱骨近端骨折固定可靠、骨折愈合率高,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To Analysis of therapeutic effect of proximal humeral locking plate fixation of osteoporotic fractures of the proximal humerus. Methods From January 2011 -January 2012 lived my subjects of 46 cases of proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients were used locking plate technique and anti-osteoporosis drug combination .Results The patients were followed up for 6-12 months, fracture healing time of 2-5 months after surgery, only 1 case of avascular necrosis of the humeral head, according to the Neer score, the average score was 84.8 points, which were excellent in 31 cases, accounting for 67.39%; good in 11 cases, accounting for 23.91%; in three cases, accounting for 6.52%; poor in 1 case, accounting for 2.17%, that was good rate of 93.48%. Conclusion The proximal humeral locking plate to treat osteoporosis in elderly proximal humerus fracture fixation, reliable, high fracture healing, which has a significant effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
