摘要
目的探讨针刺对缺血性脑卒中疗效及对神经功能缺损影响。方法将120例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均治疗3周后评价疗效。结果两组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分、Fugl-Meyer量表评分及Barthel指数评分均优于对照组,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规神经内科治疗基础上加用针刺能够提高缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效,对神经功能缺损的改善有明显作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on cerebral ischemic stroke and the defect of nerve function. Methods 120 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were evaluated after 3 weeks of treatment efficacy. Results The two groups with significant difference in clinical curative effect（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group of neural function defect score, Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel score were superior to the control group, with statistically significant difference compared with the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion In the conventional neural Department of internal medicine treatment combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical curative effect of ischemic stroke, had a significant effect on the improvement of neural function defect.
