摘要
目的研究楤木皂苷对四氯化碳(CCl4)致大鼠实验性肝纤维化的防治作用。方法采用40%CCl4皮下注射诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,检测各组大鼠血清肝功能及肝脾指数的变化,HE染色观察肝组织病理学改变。结果楤木皂苷可改善肝功能、肝脾指数,抑制肝假小叶的形成和胶原纤维沉积。结论楤木皂苷对CCl4致大鼠实验性肝纤维化有保护作用。
Abstract:Objective To study the prevention effects of Aralia saponins against carbon tetra chloride(CC14) induced liver fibrosis in rats. Methods The rat model of liver fibrosis was in duced by hypodermic injection of 40% CC14. Serum levels of hepatic function, liver and spleen in dexes were detected. Hepatic histopathology was observed by HE staining. Results Aralia sapo nins can improve hepatic function, liver and spleen indexes, and suppress the formation of pseud olobule and deposition of collagen fibers in protective effects against CC14 induced liver hep fib atic fibrosis rats. Conclusion Aralia saponins have rosls in rats.
