匹多莫德联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察匹多莫德联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法选择174例支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组雾化吸入布地奈德气雾剂,试验组在此基础上加用匹多莫德颗粒,疗程均为3个月。比较两组治疗后的疗效,血清IgG、IgA、IgM及T细胞亚群的变化。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,血清IgG、IgA、IgM及T细胞亚群水平亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘比单用布地奈德更有效,并提高患者免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effects of pidotimod combined with budesonide on children with bronchial asthma. Methods 174 children with bronchial asthma were enrolled and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The control group received atomization with budesonide aerosol, and the experimental group received pidotimod particles based on the same treatment as the control group. The course of treatment was 3 months. The curative effects, serum IgG, IgA, IgM, and the changes in T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The levels of serum IgG, IgA, IgM, and T lymphocyte subsets of the former group were also higher than those of the latter one (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Pidotimod combined with budesonide are effective on children with bronchial asthma and can improve immune function, which is worthwhile to be promoted.
