摘要
汛限水位动态控制是指依据不同信息与方法设计出汛限水位域值,且运用中允许根据实时水、雨、工情及可利用的预报等综合信息,在此域值内上下浮动。对于葠窝水库的汛限水位动态控制的效益分析,对于合理利用洪水资源具有重要意义,在确保水库安全的前提下,科学地设计与运用汛限水位,是提高洪水资源和水能资源利用率,发挥水库综合利用效益,缓解水资源与水能资源供需矛盾的有效手段之一。
The dynamic control of flood control level refers to designing a domain control level based on different information and methods, and applying the domain value floating for flood value floating in terms of real-time water level, rainfall, construction situation and available information in real practice. The dynamic control and benefit analysis of flood control level in Shenwo Reservoir has the vital significance for reasonable water resources development. Under the condition of ensuring the reservoir safety, designing and applying flood control level are one of effective measures to improve the utilization of flood resources and hy the contradiction dropower resources, bring into play the comprehensive utilization of reservoir and solve of supply and demand for water resources and hydropower resources in our province.
