摘要
在理论回顾的基础上提出相关假设,将区域吸收能力与FDI的交互项引入回归模型,选取1985-2011年26年的数据,通过平稳性、协整等相关检验发现,FDI对福建产业结构升级具有较弱的促进作用;吸收能力整体上对福建产业结构升级的影响不显著;人力资本、对外开放程度对FDI促进福建产业结构升级具有正向调节作用,而技术创新能力对FDI促进福建产业结构升级的调节作用不显著。针对检验实证提出继续扩大FDI的规模并提升其质量、优化FDI在三大产业或各行业的分布、加快提升福建区域吸收能力等政策建议。
In this paper the relevant assumptions were put forward on the basis of reviewing some relevant theories. By ap- plying the interaction of FDI and regional absorptive capacity into the regression model and choosing the data of 26 years be- tween 1985 to 2011, and through the ADF test and co-integration analysis, we find that the FDI has a weaker function in improving Fujian industrial structure; and the influence of absorptive capacity is on the whole not clear in upgrading the Fu- jian industrial structure; the human capital and the level of opening outside have a positive adjusting function to FDI in up- grading the Fujian industrial structure, but the adjusting function of technical innovation is not clear to FDI in upgrading Fujian industrial structure. So we proposed that we should continue to＇expand the scale of FDI and improve its quality, ra- tionalize the distribution of FDI in the three big industries and accelerate the promotion of Fujian regional absorptive capacity.
