摘要
用电镀行业清洁生产评价指标体系(试行)中的评价方法,初步评价电镀清洁生产标准二级的某些指标。结果显示,电镀行业各类指标间存在某些冲突。一般而言,电镀企业的过度节水,会导致废水中重金属离子质量浓度过高,稳定达标困难,中水回用率较低。
This paper tried to preliminarily assess the rationality of some parameters in cleaner production standard by assessment methods from the Assessment Indicator System of Electroplating Cleaner Production (Trial).Results showed that there were some conflicts between the various indicators in electroplating industry.In generally speaking,the indicator of fresh water consumption was too loose,so excessive water-saving in electroplating enterprises would lead to the concentration of heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater becoming too high,meeting the standards stably and water reuse becoming more difficult.
