摘要
本试验旨在确定岩原鲤幼鱼的蛋白质需求量。试验选用均重为(7.93±0.16)g的岩原鲤幼鱼540尾,随机分成6个组(每组3个重复,每个重复30尾),饲喂以明胶和酪蛋白为蛋白质源的蛋白质水平分别为25.1%、30.3%、34.8%、40.4%、44.8%、49.7%的纯化试验饲料98 d。结果表明:岩原鲤幼鱼的生长性能指标(增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数、肌肉RNA/DNA)、抗氧化指标[总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量]及肝功能指标[谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)活性及GOT/GPT]均在饲料蛋白质水平为40.4%时达到最佳值,除与饲料蛋白质水平为44.8%时的T-AOC差异不显著(P>0.05)外,与其他各组均有显著差异(P<0.05)。肠道蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性随饲料蛋白质水平的增加呈先升后降的趋势,在40.4%组达到最高值,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);而淀粉酶活性则反之。在40.4%组,全鱼粗蛋白质含量达最大值,显著高于除44.8%组外的其他各组(P<0.05);粗脂肪含量达最小值,显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);而全鱼水分和粗灰分含量不受饲料蛋白质水平的影响(P>0.05)。以增重率、饲料系数、肌肉RNA/DNA分别为效应指标与饲料蛋白质水平进行回归分析,得出岩原鲤幼鱼的蛋白质需求量为38.57%~40.25%。
This experiment was conducted to estimate the dietary protein requirement of juvenile rock carp (procypris rabaudi). A total of 540 juvenile cock carp with an average body weight of (7.93 ± 0.16) g were randomly allotted to 6 groups with 3 replicates each and each replicate contained 30 fish. Six purified diets formulated with casein and gelatin as protein sources containing graded protein levels of 25. 1%, 30. 3%, 34.8%, 40.4%, 44.8% and 49.7%, respectively. The experiment lasted for 98 days. The results showed as follows: at the protein level of 40.4% , the growth performance indices [ weight gain rate (WGR), special gain rate ( SGR), feed conversation ratio (FCR) and muscle RNA/DNAI, antioxidant indices E total antioxidant capacity ( T-AOC ) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content ] and liver function indices [ glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase ( GOT), glutamate pyruvate transaminase ( GPT ) and glutamine dehydrogenase (GDH) activities and GOT/GPT] of the juvenile cock carp got the optimum values, and there were significant differences in those indices between 40.4% group and other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) except T-AOC in 44.8% group (P 〉 0.05 ). With the dietary protein level increasing, the activities of protease, trypsin and lipase of intestine were firstly increased and then decreased, and the highest values were all found in 40.4% group which significantly higher than other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; however, the intestinal amylase activity was contrary to it. And at the protein level of 40.4%, the crude protein content in whole body got the maximum, and significantly higher than that in other groups except 44.8% group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the crude lipid content in whole body got the minimum, and significantly lower than that in other groups (P 〈 0.05 ).
