摘要
目的:探讨人参养荣汤对人胃癌裸小鼠化疗后血常规及骨髓有核细胞计数(BMC)的影响。方法:60只BALB/C裸雌小鼠采用前肢腋下接种人胃癌细胞SGC-7901建立人胃癌裸小鼠模型,接种后次日,将其随机分为阴性组,人参养荣汤低、中、高剂量组和模型组,每组12只。对除模型组外的其余组大鼠腹腔注射5-FU进行化疗,每周1次,共4周。同时对人参养荣汤低、中、高剂量组灌胃相应剂量人参养荣汤进行治疗。每天1次,共28d。血液细胞分析仪测定各组大鼠WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT,显微镜下进行骨髓有核细胞计数(BMC),比较测定结果。结果:与模型组比较,其余组血常规及BMC均升高(P<0.05,P<0.1),其中以人参养荣汤中剂量组升高最明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:人参养荣汤具有升高人胃癌裸小鼠血常规及BMC的作用,以临床等效剂量的中剂量作用效果最好。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Renshen Yangrong decoction （containing ginseng and tonic） on routine blood parameters and bone marrow nucleated cell count （BMC） in nude mice with human gastric carcinoma after chemotherapy. Methods ： Sixty female BALB/c nude mice were included in the study. Human gastric carcinoma SGC -7901 cells were inoculated into the forelimb armpit to establish a nude mouse model of human gastric carcinoma. In the next day, these mice were randomly and equally divided into negative group, low - , middle - , and high - dose Renshen Yangrong decoction groups, and model group. All mice except those in model group received intraperitoneal injection of 5 - FU once weekly for 4 weeks. In addition, the low - , middle - , and high - dose Rensben Yangrong decoction groups received low - , middle, and high - dose Renshen Yangrong decoction by garage once daily for 28 d. White blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin level, and platelet count were measured by hematology analyzer, and BMC was determined under a microscope. The measurement resuhs were compared between the groups. Results：Compared with the model group, other groups showed significant increases in routine blood parameters and BMC （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the middle - dose Renshen Yangrong decoction group had the highest increases （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Renshen Yangrong decoction increases routine blood parameters and BMC in nude mice with human gastric carcinoma,and it has the best efficacy when given at a middle dose.
