摘要
本文介绍一种最新设计的 SU型隔振器 ,其具有较好的隔振性能和良好的抗冲击性能。本文阐述了 SU型隔振器的数学模型、结构参数优化、固有频率的理论设计计算 ,并进行了样品的静变形、固有频率、阻尼、最大冲击变形等一系列试验测量 ,结果表明理论计算和试验测试两者完全吻合 ,完全符合船用隔振器的使用要求 ,可广泛用于船舶设备和浮筏隔振抗冲击中。
There is a new kink of vibration isolator named SU.The authors give some information about it for readers in this paper.This kink of vibration isolator is better in vibration and shock isolation than others.In this paper,The anthors provide the mathmatical model and the medthod of structure parameters optimization and fixed frequency caculation.The authors do some experiments about static vibration,fixed frequency,damping and the biggest shock vibration.There is litter diffirence between the results of theoretical caculation and experiment.Its property meet the demands of working condition on ship.This kink of vibration isolator may used in marine equipment greatly.
