摘要
为实现夏玉米免耕覆盖条件下直接移栽 ,对导苗管式栽植机的结构进行了改进 ,并进行了生产性试验。结果表明 ,移栽夏玉米直立度合格率为 91.8% ,优良率为 74.4% ,深度变异系数为 14.9% ,株距变异系数为 17.9% ,完全可以满足农业生产的需要 ;与耕翻条件下的移栽质量相比 ,各项性能指标差异不显著 ;与夏玉米免耕覆盖直播相比 ,可以增加收益 5 2 1~ 15 74元 / hm2。
The transplanter with chute was developed with no tillage working unit mounted. Results of field tests with no tillage and mulch showed that the quality of transplanting can meet the need of agricultural production. The excellent rate and the up to standard rate of the summer corn seedlings verticality can reach 74.4% and 91.8% respectively. Variation coefficient of transplanting depth and Variation coefficient of the distance between seedlings were 14.9% and 6.4% respectively. Each performance index of transplanting with no tillage & mulch had no remarkable difference with that of ploughing. Compared with mulch seeding of summer corn with no tillage, the increased profit of 521~1 574 yuan RMB/hm 2 was obtained.
