摘要
对碱木素进行氧化和磺化改性,通过正交设计得出用5 g氧化剂、8 g交联剂,在温度95℃时缩合2 h得到较好的氧化改性产品;用12 g磺化剂、11 g交联剂,在温度95℃时磺化反应4 h得到较好的磺化改性产品,并将改性产品与萘系减水剂配制成复合外加剂。通过改性使碱木素性能得到提高,可取代部分萘系,从而降低以萘系为主的高效减水剂成本。
Abstract: The compound was prepared via modification using alkali lignin. Optimum conditions got from experiments were the oxidized alkali lignin, the charge of the oxidizer 5 g, cross -linking agent charge 11 g, temperature 95 ℃, and time for oxidation 2 h. And another optimum conditions got from experiments were the sulfonated alkali lignin, the charge of sodium sulfite 12 g, cross -linking agent charge 11 g, temperature 95℃, and time for sulfonation 4 h. The following step was that combined the product with naphthalene water reducing agent. After modification, the performance of alkali lignin was improved, which can replace part of the naphthalene, thus reducing the cost of naphthalene -based super plasticizer.
