摘要
充电式电钻因其体积小,重量轻,扭矩可调以及输出扭矩大等特点已得到广泛应用,其核心结构变速箱主要由调速、扭力调节、自锁等部分组成。根据充电式电钻变速箱的设计原理及特点,从材料、工艺及行星轮个数等方面对输出扭矩及转速,变速箱的配置作了介绍。
Because of its small volume, light weight, adjustable torque and large output torque characteristics the cordless drill, has been widely used, the gearbox which is the core structure is mainly composed of speed, torque adjustment, self-locking and other parts. According to the cordless drill design principle and the characteristics of gearbox, from the aspects of material, process and number of planets round the output torque and rotational speed, gearbox conf iguration are introduced.
