摘要
对国内24所艺术院校图书馆的非书资料管理现状进行调查,调查内容是资料类型和管理与服务的方式。调查结果显示,目前各院校图书馆非书资料管理与服务的方式,主要为阵地式和网络化两种;艺术院校图书馆将阵地式管理与网络化服务相互结合取得较好效果;阵地式管理与服务的方式单一、个性化服务不足,网络化管理与服务处于初级阶段、缺乏系统集成,系统平台可选范围有限、自建能力不足是当前存在的主要问题。
The paper surveys status quo of non-book material management in 24 art college libraries from aspects of material types, management and service ways. The survey results show that the main ways of management and service are two ways of position- type and networked at present; the combination of the position-type with the networked achieves better effect; the existing problems currently include that way of position-type management and service is single and lack of personalized service, networked management and service is at primary stage and short of system integration, system platform＇s selectable range is limited and its self-buih capacity is inadequate.
