摘要
选用 17个小麦叶锈菌菌系对 1999年河北省使用的 2 1个小麦品种 (系 )进行了抗叶锈性基因的推导。通过与2 1个抗叶锈单基因系的反应型比较 ,鉴定出Lr1、Lr14a、Lr2 6和Lr37等 4个抗叶锈基因。 890 1含有Lr1;5 10 8和4185可能含有Lr1或含与Lr1不同的抗性基因 ;中麦 9号含有Lr14a及其它抗性基因 ;842 5 1、邯郸 45 6 4、71- 3、梁麦2、7118- 8、85 9- 34、85 9- 39和矮三共 8个品种 (系 )含有Lr2 6抗性基因 ;2 6 31、北农 8、鲁麦 2 3、高优 5 0 3、97- 11、益麦 1含有与供试的已知基因不同的抗性基因 ;冀麦 38、京 38和
Comparison of reactions of Lr gene Lines and cultivars of wheat with unknown genes to 17 isolates of Puccinia recondita f. sp. tritici has been made to postulate probable genes for leaf rust resistance in 21 wheat cultivars grown in Hebei Province in 1999. Among 21 Lr gengs for resistance studied, only four genes, Lr1, Lr14a , Lr26 and Lr37 have been postulated to be present in different cultivars. 8901 has Lr1, Zhongmai 9 has Lr14a and other Lr genes; 84251, Handan 4564, 71-3, Liangmai 2, 7117-8, 859-34 and 859-39 have Lr26 only. Aisan has other resistant gene besides Lr26. 5108 and 4185 may have Lr1 or have other resistance genes which are different from 21 Lr genes studied. 2631, 97-11 and Yimai 1 have Lr37. Beinong 8, Lumai 23 and Gaoyou 503 process unknown genes, which are different from the 21 Lr genes studied. No Lr genes have been detected in Jimai 38, Jing 38 and 3181.
