摘要
文章针对某轻型客车在低温环境下采暖和冷启动性能较差的问题,对该车当前系统现状和性能影响因素进行了分析,在分析的基础上提出了加装水暖燃油加热器的改进方案,并在该方案下进行了参数匹配、水路连接方式设计和控制策略制定。对采用改进方案的轻型客车进行了环境舱试验,结果表明,改进后方案提升了采暖和冷启动性能。
To improve the heating and cold starting performance of a light bus at low temperatures, the present system state and factors influencing the above performance are analyzed. An optimal scheme to equip liquid heating fuel heater is put forward based on the analysis result, and the parameter matching, water structure design and control strategy planning are made. The verification test of the improved light bus is done in environment bin, and the test results show that the optimal scheme improves the heating and cold starting performance of the bus.
